LaShonda here (with good news!)... Groove is launching a referral and affiliate program! 🥁
I'm so excited to be partnering with Groove to share my expertise in affiliate marketing and cultivate this next phase with you.
Thanks to a friend's Instagram story 3+ years ago, I’ve been a Groover since August 2021! Since that time I've referred 100+ people to Groove through social posts and multiple YouTube videos. It’s been so incredible watching Groove move from a beta app to a paid community.
Now, we’re entering a phase where Groovers (like you!) can be compensated for spreading the word.
Over the next few weeks, we will be testing strategies to see which ones best fit our vibe as a community while helping us accomplish our growth goals. I LOVE giving things away so naturally I will be giving you a new challenge every week with a prize on the line. So, if you've had your eyes on Groove merch or love a good gift card, participate in these challenges for a chance to win.
Each challenge will include a prompt (so you don't have to start a social post from a blank page) and a Canva graphic/template.
Here's how the program works:
- Invite your friends to Groove with your unique invite link, which will give them a month to try Groove for free.
- If they become a paid member after the 30-day free trial, you'll receive a free month of Grooving.
- After 5 friends become paid members, you'll get an invite to the affiliate program where your Groove credits will switch to cash payouts.
Tracking starts today, so don't delay ;) Start bringing your friends in by tapping the ‘invite’ button in the bottom left corner of the app.
We're so grateful for all of the friends you've previously introduced to Groove, but only invites on/after October 10th, 2024 will qualify for the referral program.
If everything works as planned, you will start to see an influx of incredible new humans on the platform that all converged here because of the power of invitation which will increase the vibrancy of what we have already experienced.
To illustrate the magic of this a bit...my friend, Michael, and I met through a business accelerator program years ago—naturally, I invited him to try Groove. At the time, I wanted to become a full-time YouTuber and he wanted to do his business full-time. Now, I have a team of 6 helping me run my YouTube-based business and he's got a global team helping him run his agency. Most days start with a morning check-in with him and I know that has helped me tremendously in life and business. And, now he knows a bunch of my other friends because they've met on Groove!
