Hey there! First off, make sure you’re clicking the link from your phone.
If that’s not the issue…sometimes when new Groovers tap the login link in their email, they get sent to our website instead of the Groove app. You would think by now phones would be smart enough for this 😉 Don’t fret, we’ll get you into Groove in no time.
👉 Step 1: Copy the CODE in the email you were sent (long-press on the text and tap “copy”)
👉 Step 2: Open the Groove app and paste the code into the troubleshooting field, over here:
Now you should be good to go 🏃♂️
